Ninjutsu/Genjutsu Rules (Chakra)

As you can see I am linking together Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, why? Because both of them use up chakra instead of stamina, people don't get tired after performing a few hand seals.
Also, I am tying up the Chakra Rules in with this thread because as i mentioned that's what they require to use.
Each rank of ninja varies in chakra, here is the list.
What this means is that in battle once they get to 0 in battle they cannot perform anymore Jutsus.
The Chakra Cost for Each Level of Jutsu is :
I will show you an example : Kaguya Kakura has 18/100 Chakra, he performs an S rank Jutsu costing 18 Chakra.
Kaguya Kakura = 0/100 Chakra, he can no longer perform jutsus until this is refilled.
This rule doesn't apply for Taijutsu.
Also, I am tying up the Chakra Rules in with this thread because as i mentioned that's what they require to use.

High Genin/D Criminal : 52 CP
Chuunin/C Criminal : 65 CP
SP Jounin/B Criminal : 72 CP
